vibely 계정과 관련 데이터의 삭제를 언제든 요청할 수 있습니다.
삭제 요청 방법
- 이메일 ahrimmmk@gmail.com 으로 보내주세요.
- 제목:
계정 삭제 요청
- 본문에 가입에 사용한 이메일 주소를 적어주세요.
요청 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리합니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- 계정 정보(이메일, 소셜 로그인 식별자, 인증 정보)
- 프로필(이름, 아바타, 색상)
- 감정 기록(이모지·기록 시각) 전체
- 스쿼드 멤버십 및 내가 남긴 리액션
위 데이터는 삭제 처리 시 영구 삭제되며 복구되지 않습니다. 관련 법령상 보존이 필요한 경우에 한해 해당 기간 동안만 보관 후 파기합니다.
계정을 지우지 않고 일부만 삭제
앱 내에서 개별 기록을 직접 삭제하거나 스쿼드에서 나갈 수 있습니다. 전체 삭제는 위 절차를 이용해 주세요.

How to request deletion

- Include the email address you signed up with.
We process requests within 7 business days of verification.
Data that is deleted
- Account (email, social login identifiers, auth tokens)
- Profile (name, avatar, color)
- All mood logs (emojis and timestamps)
- Squad memberships and your reactions
This data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered, except where retention is required by law (kept only for that period, then destroyed).
