vibely는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다. 아동을 성적으로 학대하거나 착취하는 어떠한 콘텐츠·행위도 엄격히 금지하며, 발견 즉시 조치합니다.

1. 금지 행위

• 아동 성적 학대 자료(CSAM)의 제작·공유·유포·요청
• 미성년자를 대상으로 한 그루밍, 성적 접근, 착취 시도
• 아동을 성적으로 묘사·암시하는 모든 콘텐츠

2. 예방 조치

• 본 서비스는 만 14세 미만의 가입을 허용하지 않습니다.
• 공유는 본인이 직접 구성한 소규모 친구 그룹(최대 8명) 내 이모지·반응으로 제한되며, 공개 피드나 낯선 사용자 간 노출이 없습니다.
• 위반 계정은 사전 통지 없이 정지·삭제될 수 있습니다.

3. 신고 방법

아동 안전 관련 우려나 위반은 누구나 아래로 신고할 수 있으며, 앱 내 마이 → 도움말의 연락처로도 신고할 수 있습니다.

접수된 신고는 신속히 검토하며, 필요한 경우 관련 법령에 따라 관할 당국 및 국가실종학대아동센터(NCMEC) 등 권한 있는 기관에 신고합니다.

vibely는 서비스가 제공되는 지역의 아동 안전 관련 법령을 준수하며, Google Play의 아동 안전 표준 정책을 따릅니다.

vibely has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content or behavior that sexually abuses or exploits minors is strictly prohibited and acted upon immediately.

1. Prohibited

• Creating, sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming, sexual solicitation, or exploitation of minors
• Any content that sexualizes minors

2. Preventive measures

• The service does not allow sign-ups by anyone under 14.
• Sharing is limited to emojis and reactions within small, self-formed friend groups (max 8) — there is no public feed or exposure between strangers.
• Violating accounts may be suspended or removed without prior notice.

3. How to report

Anyone can report child-safety concerns or violations via email below, or in-app via Me → Help.

Reports are reviewed promptly and, where required by law, escalated to the relevant authorities and bodies such as NCMEC.
